What is Surya Kriya ?

Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is presented by Sadhguru as a comprehensive spiritual practice, ideal for the fast-paced world of today.
A practice for life
The teaching approach of this course enables you to practise independently without risk of injury. The Classical Hatha Yoga instructors are on hand to offer revision and correction sessions.
Who is the course aimed at? ?
For anyone wishing to practise regularly on their own.
Level: This course does not require any specific level or experience.
Beginners will be able to practise at their own pace, according to their ability. Experienced practitioners will find it a comprehensive practice characterised by great precision, power and depth..
Age: The course is open to anyone aged 14 and over.

The practice of Surya Kriya is not suitable for:*
- For pregnant women
- For people with severe back problems*
- For people with an active herniated disc
